Radikal lifestyle magazine targets the hipsters and starving artists in the popular Little Five Points area of Atlanta, Georgia. Like the lifestyle of its target market the logo is also one that does not conform to social norms. The articles and imagery are unconventional, while the layout breaks rules of standard publication design. The magazine will stand out on the shelves amongst other magazines who all follow the same or similar formats. Having the opportunity to utilize experimental design techniques on a media platform that is usually conformist in its layout was an exciting experience.
